Shipping PolicyWe strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number. We offer a 14-day exchange period for our products. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to contact us for an exchange.
Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate the exchange process.
Condition of the Garment:
For an item to be eligible for exchange, it must be unworn and in its original condition. This means the garment must have all its original tags attached and must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase:
Please provide a valid proof of purchase with your exchange request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States of America, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds. Items being exchanged must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging. SKINNER will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and a valid Return Authorization.
